Cookie Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies KitchenRun uses. We keep this deliberately light: we use only essential cookies, plus privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies at all — so there's no consent banner to wade through.

Essential cookies

These are strictly necessary to provide the service and can't be switched off. They don't track you across other sites.

  • Authentication / session — set by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in as you move between pages. Without these you couldn't log in.
  • Security — used to protect against cross-site request forgery and to keep your session safe.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are popular. It is cookieless and doesn't fingerprint you, collect personal data, or track you across sites — so under the UK PECR rules it doesn't require consent.

What we don't use

We don't use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling. During the free beta there are no payment or marketing-tracking cookies either.

Managing cookies

Because we only set essential cookies, there's nothing to opt out of for non-essential tracking. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but note that blocking the essential ones will stop you from being able to sign in.

More information

For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy. Any questions? Email hello@kitchen-run.com.

KitchenRun is currently in free public beta. These terms apply to the beta service; we'll update them — and notify you — before paid subscriptions are introduced.
